For every thousand chicken littles screaming that the end is nigh, for every thousand naysayers preaching doom and contraction through their pursed and wizened lips there is one person with hope for the future who dares to ask why not.
It is this one person who carries the thousand to new and better lives. It is this one person who takes humanity from stones to the stars.
